Contact for data protection matters: [DATA PROTECTION CONTACT]

A Data Protection Officer has not been appointed, as the company's processing activities do not currently trigger that requirement.

2. What personal data we collect

Data you provide directly: name, company, email address, website address, project type, indicative budget, timeline and the content of your message.

Data collected automatically: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited, processed in server logs for security and operation.

Consent data: your cookie preferences, the date they were given and the version of the consent notice.

3. How we collect it

Directly from you through the contact form or by email; automatically through server logs when you visit the website; and, only where you have consented, through cookies or similar technologies.

4. Why we process personal data

To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals; to provide and secure this website; to comply with legal and accounting obligations; and, with consent, to measure website usage and campaign performance.

5. Legal basis

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (enquiries and proposals).

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with legal obligations.

Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, for non-essential cookies and any optional communications.

6. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by Portuguese commercial and tax law. Server logs are kept for a short technical period. Consent records are retained as evidence of consent for as long as required.

7. Data sharing and processors

We may share personal data with service providers acting on our instructions — for example website hosting, email and, where enabled with consent, analytics providers. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. Current processors: [TO BE COMPLETED]. We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Details: [TO BE COMPLETED].

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any right, contact [DATA PROTECTION CONTACT]. We will respond within one month.

10. Withdrawing consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Cookie consent can be changed at any time through Cookie Settings.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.

12. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access control and data minimisation. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's data

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
