We process the minimum personal data necessary, for clearly defined purposes, on an identified legal basis, and for a limited period. Data protection is considered when features are designed, not added afterwards.

Your rights in detail
Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)). Requests are free of charge unless manifestly unfounded or excessive.
How to make a request
Send your request to [DATA PROTECTION CONTACT], stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information to verify your identity. We respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests.
Processors and transfers

Data breaches
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the CNPD within 72 hours where required, and inform affected individuals where the risk is high.
